With his 27 years of long experience in the field of IT, Sundaram.KR.is presently Vice President – Technology at Srishti Software which is a World-Class Healthcare IT and Software company, that uses only free open source software and tools for all its development.
Mr. Sundaram hails from Coimbatore and after graduating from PSG Tech; he has worked on Unix and Linux at Wipro, Tata Elxsi and Siemens from 1989 t0 2002. He has consulted with various companies from 2002 to 2006 in the areas of free and open source software.
Sundaram served as DIRECTOR – Technology at the KG Group of companies from 2006 to 2015. He has contributed as Professor in subjects like Open Source Software, Open Source Tools and Components, Computer Networks and Microprocessors. He has implemented Srishti’s PARAS and PACS-One at KG Hospitals, which has been serving the hospital for close to 8 years. He has set up and managed the Industry Academy Services division at KGISL bringing internships, training and placements to more than 400 students. Many clients like Makkal Auto, CRI Pumps and Gayatri Textiles were created and served by Sundaram’s team.
