Flexible timing: Our result oriented approach makes the work timings flexible. As long as delivery is met, we encourage our workforce take leave as and when required.

Work from home: Our goal oriented approach promotes our woman employees to work from home. This lets them spend time with family, cut down on the stress of travelling to work and so, improve their productivity.

Post-Natal support: Srishti is one of the few companies with extremely flexible maternity leave options. An expecting mother can work from home to take care of herself before the delivery and opt for paid maternity leave once her bundle of joy arrives in the world.
