Raman brings 30+ years of total experience in the IT industry out of which 25 years in providing IT solutions to the financial services industry worldwide.
Currently serving as Investor / Advisor / Board Member to few emerging software companies in India. Besides, Raman is a charter member of TiE Bangalore and Nasscom Mentoring Panel for software product companies.
Raman served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) (formerly i-flex solutions ltd). Prior to this he held various positions at i-flex solution and managed all aspects of operations, including human resource development, process, and quality management, and served as one of the key leaders in directing technology strategies and goals for strategic business units in the company.
Raman is Master of Science in Physics, with specialization in Electronics, Mumbai University. He is Certified Citicorp Finance Professional, a structured broad based learning program in banking & finance, internally administered by Citibank. Raman completed an executive education program on ‘Strategy: Building and Sustaining Competitive Advantage’ at Harvard Business School in June 2006.
