1. What are the preparations you make while setting system live?
Setting a system live requires lot of effort and hard work. Keeping client’s interest in mind, I have to guide my team according. It is a very big process starting from gap analysis. Identifying certain gaps and achieving the particular outcome requires huge amount of work. Hence with the help of PARAS team, I make sure that all the business rules of my clients are met before ensuring the validity of demographics and patient data. Besides we should also ensure the appropriate data migration before setting system live.
2. What are the challenges you face while analyzing and meeting new requirements of the hospital?
One of the major challenges we face is the user training. Training the user requires complete knowledge of the current process flow, proposed process flow, and understanding of users mind set. Some times, users find it very difficult to cope up with new work flow process and hence training them on these can be sometimes be challenging. Another challenge is analysing the requirements of various hospitals and customizing the solutions according to their needs.
3. How are you able to manage the co-ordination at various levels?
My responsibility of meeting the exact requirement from the client by ensuring efficient development of functionality from the developing team, then assigning and getting validated by the testing team is quite interesting for me. With this I am also be able to manage the positive and negative scenario of the workflow with my team members efficiently
