She can spring surprises in the Kitchen with equal aplomb as in the board room. She can be a mother- tender, loving and a boss- strict, professional. Women do it all with finesse’. And, what better day to pay respects to the fairer sex than Women’s Day itself!
Srishti as a company has always recognized women employees as its major strength. In an internal survey, we had recently asked them how they would rate the company. They rated us 4 on 5 as an employee but 5 on 5 as a women employee. Suhana, Technical Lead, says Srishti was instrumental in helping her get back to corporate life after she delivered her child. Company respected her work life balance by letting her work flexible timings.
We at Srishti also promote women leadership. A quarter of our top management is led by women managers. Jyotsana,
