He is a seasoned serial entrepreneur having founded and successfully running SRISHTI SOPFTWARE APPLICATIONS PVT.LTD; SUPER SEVA SERVICES– a personal and business assistance company in which he is in the chief advisor and SUPER SEVA Healthcare- a Venture to Promote Medical Colleges Nursing Institutes, Hospitals & Research Centers, & Health Care Institutes of National Importance. Mr.Ajay’s knowledge of the Customer Requirements in Web Content Management, Hospital Business Management is immense and there is a lot that even Industry Stalwarts can learn from him. He trusts his colleagues completely and delegates full authority and responsibility whenever required, thereby helping the individual deliver on his/her responsibility. He also advises many PE and VC Funds for their Investments. He was also a member of NASSCOM regional executive council. As a Managing Director of Srishti Software, Ajay brings to the table his vast Entrepreneurship Experience that spans across varied business verticals and practice in organizational effectiveness, process improvement, software application, marketing development and strategic planning all acquired over his career span while juggling with his multiple ventures successfully. To discover and gain new insights has always intrigued him and this is reflected in his will to travel and to invest in new ideas. He is currently playing a pivotal role in iSPIRT- An organization started with focus to transform India into a hub for new generation software products, and to address government policy, create market catalysts and grow the maturity of product entrepreneurs. About 30 product companies and individuals joined hands together to form iSPIRT – the Indian Software Product Industry Round Table in early 2013.
